Noah is a solicitor in the Thrings Corporate and Commercial teams, having qualified in 2023. He advises companies and individuals across a range of sectors on a wide variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, reorganisations and general corporate governance.

Among his other areas of expertise, Noah supports clients with shareholders agreements, loan agreements, share buyback transactions and general commercial agreements such as NDAs, standard Terms and Conditions and privacy policies.

Despite having not long qualified, Noah is a dynamic member of the Corporate team, a strong communicator prepared to think well beyond the task at hand to provide clients with an outstanding service.

Prior to completing a traineeship with Thrings, Noah studied his LLB at the University of Exeter before going on to earn a specialised LLM in Corporate Law at Durham University, with a particular focus on corporate governance and takeover regulation.
